Annette Hudler, DO
Dr. Annette Hudler practiced in the Loudoun area since 1998 before founding MountainView Medical Associates (MVMA) in 2006. Originally located in the Western Loudoun town of Round Hill, where Dr. Hudler was the first physician to practice in the town in decades, MountainView Medical Associates relocated in 2011 to the Valley Medical Center in Purcellville to accommodate its growth.
Dr. Hudler completed her residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA after her medical training at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Originally from Wilkes-Barre PA, she moved to Northern Virginia in 1998. Dr. Hudler is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Since 2015, MountainView Medical Associates has been recognized by the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), the national recognition of the highest level of measurable quality. In addition, the practice earned the distinction of Diabetes Recognition (DRP) from NCQA for its consistent high-quality care of their diabetic population
Mark Rugarber, FNP-BC
Mark moved from Martinsburg, WV to Leesburg, VA to join Dr. Hudler in August 2023. Prior to joining Mountain View Medical Associates, Mark worked as a PCP at a community health center where he worked in Family Medicine.
Prior to working in Primary Care, Mark worked in pediatric psychology in central Virginia. He worked for the state providing a safe environment to children and adolescents in Staunton, VA. He then spent the next five years working at the University of Virginia providing care in the emergency department. While working in Charlottesville, VA, he attended a graduate studies at James Madison University. Mark is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Mark has lived in Virginia since 2015. He originally grew up outside New York City in Southwest Connecticut. He currently resides in Leesburg with his fiancé and two adorable pups. During his downtime, he enjoys Commanders games and Disney World.
